We at PerkinElmer recognize the importance of proper training to ensure that our customers benefit fully from the capabilities of our instruments. Our OneSource^SM Training Academy offers many courses designed to help you get the most out of time spent in the lab. Topics range from the theory of technique relating to specific analytic methodology, instrument optimization, to familiarization with newly acquired instrumentation and related software. Courses are offered at various locations throughout the Americas, as well as Seer Green, England and Turku, Finland.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please note that PerkinElmer may cancel or reschedule courses up to 14 days prior to the start date if the minimum enrollment is not met. A full refund of the tuition fee will be provided if this happens. If air travel is required, we discourage the purchase of non-refundable tickets. *PerkinElmer is not responsible for expenses you incur in obtaining these tickets should a class cancellation occur.

Our refund policy regarding a students' cancellation from a class is as follows:

Up to 14 days prior to the course - Full Refund
Up to 5 days prior to the course - 50% Refund

Payment
Payment by check or P.O. is required 3 weeks prior to the start date. Payment by Credit Card will be billed on the first day of class.
