You need a Comprehensive Service Plan if ensuring that your scientific instruments are always available, operating at peak performance, and generating the results crucial to your success.

Comprehensive Service Plans provide the preventive maintenance you need to prevent problems from occurring and the fastest possible response if a repair is needed. This plan is ideal for laboratories whose financial success depends on the consistent availability and high performance of their scientific instruments.

  • On-Demand Repairs - PerkinElmer certified partsi, factory-trained service engineers, and their travelii to your site.
  • Preventive Maintenance - Two visits per year to ensure that your instruments are running as optimally as possible, and to identify and fix problems before they impact your work. Visits are scheduled at your convenience.
  • Priority Response - all Comprehensive Plan holders receive top priority response to telephone inquiries and on-site service requests.
  • 15% off trainingiii - whether it's for new staff, new instrumentation, or new certification procedures.
  • Exclusive promotions and discounts for Comprehensive Plan holders.

Basic
The Basic Service Plan helps maintain high quality output and protects your laboratory from the high costs associated with unexpected instrument repairs. From documented Preventive Maintenance protocols to On-Demand access to your local PerkinElmer factory trained service engineer; a Basic Service Plan provides the instrument performance protection required to support your production schedules and analysis timelines. This plan is ideal for medium to large laboratories that require predictable instrument performance.

  • Preventive Maintenance - Two visits per year to ensure that your instruments are running as optimally as possible, and to identify and fix problems before they impact your work. Visits are scheduled at your convenience.

Repair
A Repair Service Plan is an excellent and cost effective way to extend all the benefits of a first year instrument warranty throughout the life of your instrument. If eliminating unplanned expenses and worry free expert service are an important part of your instrument purchase, consider protecting your instrument investment by adding a Repair Service Plan to your order. The Repair Service plan is ideal for small to medium laboratories seeking to maximize limited maintenance budgets and maintain instrument performance.

i Consumable items such as but not limited to microplates, tips, columns, etc. are excluded from Service Plan coverage.
ii Where applicable, an additional one-time charge may apply for travel beyond standard travel zones. Contact your local service engineer for additional details.
iii Excludes LabWorks/LIMS and TotalChrom training. Covers all training delivered by your local PerkinElmer Service team. In the UK, the discount may also be applied to training classes delivered at our Seer Green customer training center.
