• Online Seminar: An Overview of Speciated Inorganic Analysis in Water

Thank you for your interest in the An Overview of Speciated Inorganic Analysis in Water.

Description: The measurement of metals in environmental, clinical, and industrial matrices is well established and can provide information on quality, nutrition and other important parameters. But does the total metal content of each element give us enough information to make decisions on metabolism, bioavailability, and mobility in the environment or human body? Speciated analysis, describing the metal content in terms of valence state or organic compound, can provide additional information that can be used to more completely understand the action of metals in our world.

This webinar will summarize the status of speciation analysis today. Method development for several elemental species will be described and routine application outlined.
