LANCE cAMP
Description: This course highlights PerkinElmer LANCE technology used to measure cAMP. Starting with why time resolved fluorescence (TRF) is used in combination with lanthanide chelates, the labels used for LANCE, and the benefits of LANCE technology, based on the principle of time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer(TR-FRET). The technical details of LANCE cAMP , including the protocol and data. We will also cover two other PerkinElmer TRF technologies, DELFIA and TruPoint.

AlphaScreen kinase 
This presentation will give a brief introduction to PerkinElmer’s homogeneous bead based assay called AlphaScreen, including its technology principle, features & benefits, and product offerings. Kinase assays will be the highlight of this presentation. Advantages of using AlphaScreen over other technologies will be discussed, along with other AlphaScreen applications, assay development, and instrumentation.
