The Operetta provides maximum functionality in the smallest possible footprint. A large field of view and multi-processor technology facilitates high speed data acquisition and analysis. It includes multiple wavelength fluorescence options as well as brightfield and a wide choice of objectives for maximum flexibility. The compact design fits almost any size laboratory allowing a flexible and versatile solution to suit the needs of a cellular imaging research facility.
Utilizing an intuitive user interface, the software Harmony™ is designed to streamline and simplify the HCS process. Harmony provides researchers with easy to use building blocks for creating user configurable workflows via simple step by step procedures. An extensive range of ready-made solutions for frequently used image analysis tasks is pre-installed, simplifying the process for both new and experienced users. Harmony includes all the tools you need to develop an assay, analyze your data, and store and retrieve the results in a powerful image and metadata database. Remote access is available on your office computer via your local network to access the Operetta remotely.
