Need to reorder a product you bought last year? We make it easy to see your ordering history, including orders you placed via phone, fax or web. Our Search Engine quickly helps you locate additional products you need. You don’t even need to remember your account number, once you’re signed-in, it’s always displayed at the top of the screen.

Customer-specific pricing

Once registered, just login and your specific pricing will automatically be displayed. Got a new price or items added to your customer contract? They’ll immediately be available for viewing and ordering on our website.

 

Real-time inventory availability

Place an order, and instantly see your available shipping dates and information. Our web system interfaces directly with our production and manufacturing systems to provide the most accurate data possible.

 

Ordering history

PerkinElmer provides online customers access your order history including phone, fax and web orders. Find information such as pricing, delivery status and look up tracking numbers.

 

Shop by Product Number / Search Engine

Ordering products is fast and easy with our Shop by Product Number tool. Enter six characters of any part number and our system fills in the rest. Or use our enhanced Search Engine to find products, technical data sheets, certificates of analysis and more. Filter your results to see only those that interest you. Favorites List

Do you order certain products regularly? Add them to your favorites list and keep up to 20 of your most frequently ordered items ready to re-order at the click of your mouse.

 

Shopping Cart Approval tool

If someone else needs to approve your order, or if your organization doesn’t allow online ordering for certain products, take advantage of our Shopping Cart Approval tool. With this tool, purchasing agents, radiation safety officers and others can customize and control their order submission based on criteria such as purchasing/spending limits, limited individual purchasing authority, orders containing radioactive products, or other requirements. Standing orders

It’s easy to set up recurring orders for your most frequently used reagents and consumables. Products arrive on a weekly, monthly, semi-monthly or other recurring basis, with no further action required from you. You save the time of reordering—and get added savings too.

 

Place Multiple Purchase Orders

Do you place more than one order at a time? With our Multiple Purchase Orders tool, you can place up to seven orders for different labs, groups or departments at once. Customize “attention” lines, PO numbers and promotional codes. You can even add as many products as you need to each order without having to enter or call in each order separately.

 

Order confirmation e-mails

With our instant order confirmation, you receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order is placed. Never worry about keeping track of order numbers and PO numbers again.

 

Shipment notification e-mails with tracking

Once an order ships, you’ll get an e-mail letting you know exactly what shipped and providing the tracking number* for your order. Where tracking numbers are available, we will link you directly with the carrier website for fast lookup and proof of delivery. No more waiting for your order and wondering when it will arrive.

*Not available in all areas.

 

Additional e-mail notifications

Ordering for someone else? Simply add their e-mail address to the notification list at the end of the order, and get rid of all the extra work. Your internal clients will now know exactly when the order is placed, what’s coming and when it will arrive.
