These double-transfected cell lines express mitochondrially targeted apoaequorin and GPCR with or without the promiscuous G-protein Gα16.

This popular version of an insuliniodinated compound is suited for use in both radioimmunoassay and receptor binding assays. The (3-[125I]iodotyrolsyl A14), insulin, human recombinant is available fresh every second Monday of each month. This is one of the many new NEN® Radiochemicals from PerkinElmer. Better microplates mean better results. PerkinElmer adds range on new 1536-well microplates to its comprehensive range of plates.
You will see improved efficiency and error reduction with these new high-throughput microplates. Manufactured to SBS/AINSI standards, all with the same plate height (14.35 mm) and overall dimension as 96- and 384-well plates, these new 1536-well plates will simplify automation, reducing errors as no instrumentation adjustment is required to switch between 96- and 384-well plates. And the wider gripping area makes for smoother robotic operation.

New AlphaPlate significantly reduces crosstalk. Designed explicitly for use with PerkinElmer’s Alpha technologies, this new microplate was shown to reduce crosstalk in the 1536-well format by 17X as compared to standard white plates. The patented light-gray AlphaPlate can be used with AlphaScreen and AlphaLISA detection assays. 

½ AreaPlates are the same dimensions as standard plates with additional depth. 

Don’t worry about changing your procedure from a standard 96-well plate; the new ½ AreaPlate allows you to conserve your precious samples with a plate the same size as a standard plate. Ideal for fluorescence polarization, Alpha technology and general assay miniaturization.

Dual-system gives you the flexibility you want: The all-new EnVision Multilabel Plate Reader integrates both monochromator and filter-based platforms in one easy-to-use instrument.

This dual-system platform lets you select a high-throughput detection method while providing faster assay turnaround. The new monochromator option is available in two formats: the Absorbance Monochromator measures absorbance assays with a single monochromator, while the Fluorescence Intensity Monochromator measures absorbance and fluorescence intensity with a high-performance quad monochromator package. The monochromator option is part of a highly flexible instrument platform accepting plates up to 3456 wells. It can be combined with other EnVision options, such as the TRF (time-resolved fluorescence) LASER and can easily be integrated into robotic systems.

Powerful functionality in a smaller footprint with LumiLux CS Cellular Luminescence Platform.

Extending the LumiLux Cellular Screening Platform, PerkinElmer now offers you the new LumiLux CS Cellular Luminescence Platform, a compact design that preserves the exceptional performance and sensitivity of the current LumiLux platform with a smaller footprint. Save valuable lab space or integrate it into your existing robotic platform. The LumiLux platforms are the only dedicated flash luminescence instruments that enable simultaneous 1536 “inject and read” flash luminescence assays, allowing laboratories to produce over 200,000 data points per day.
