DELFIA^® SHBG Kit

Wallac DELFIA® and AutoDELFIA™ SHBG kits are for the quantitative determination of human Sex Hormone-binding Globulin (SHBG) in serum. These solid-phase, two-site fluoroimmunometric assays are based on the direct sandwich technique in which two monoclonal anti-SHBG antibodies bind to seperate antigenic determinants on the SHBG molecule. The analytical sensitivity of the assays is typically better than 0.5 nmol/L. All Wallac diagnostic products may not be available in certain countries.
