FAQQ: Can I do DNA arrays?
A: No, We have not done any testing with DNA arrays. The PAW was specifically designed for Protein arrays.
Q: Do I have to load all 12 positions with shims and slides even if I'm only processing 1 protein array slide within a PAP?
A: Yes, The PAP washes in parallel all positions. Any positions that don’t have protein arrays must still have the same shims and type of blank slides (hydrogel, glass, other substrate coated slides)
Q: Can the customer reuse shims or blank slides?
A: You can reuse shims and blank glass slides that were not processed. If however, the shims were used with protein arrays then you should not be reused.
