Refinery Gas Analyzers

PerkinElmer’s Arnel Refinery/Light Hydrocarbon Gas Analyzers (RGA) offering is the most extensive and comprehensive in the industry. The analysis of full-range hydrogen, helium, O₂, N₂, CO, CO₂, H₂S and light hydrocarbons from methane through octane in gas and/or liquid samples is addressed. The series of models available are designed to consider all variables and conditions, plus most types of samples frequently encountered in the analysis of refinery gas.

These analyzers can also be configured to perform fast RGA analysis.

Our Refinery Gas Analyzers are designed to meet or exceed the scopes of a number of different industry-specific official methods (ASTM, UOP, ISO etc.).

All of the analyzers’ operation parameters are set and tested at the factory with the instrumental method pre-loaded. Once the GC has been installed, you’ll begin processing your samples immediately.

Standard features on all of PerkinElmer's Refinery Gas Analyzers include:

• Three separate and independently-operated analysis channels to achieve the greatest flexibility
• Availability of Programmable Pneumatic Control (PPC) for more precise and automated gas flow
• Factory upgradeable for future expansion or system configuration changes
• Automated, on-line, single or multi-stream sampling capabilities for complete total system integration
• Models that have both gas- and liquid-sampling capability also have a sample-loop purge feature that prevents contamination when changing from liquid to gas samples or gas to liquid samples
• Models that have liquid-sampling capability also have filters and back pressure regulation for proper sample introduction into the valve, plus a vaporization zone to properly inject the samples into the columns
• Models with multiple channels (more than one detector) include Merge and Reporting Software (Model Arnel 3062) which contains a merge program to combine multi channel data into one report
