Image Analysis for High Content Screening
For superior image analysis, Acapella is our flexible and powerful image data processing system which complements the Opera high content screening platform. Acapella comes complete with a broad range of pre-made application solutions known as “scripts” and includes a unique open architecture for easy optimization of high throughput, high content cellular assays and multiplexed scenarios.

Utilizing an intuitive user interface, the Harmony software is designed to streamline and simplify the HCS process of the Operetta high content screening platform. Harmony includes all the tools to develop an assay, automate the hardware, analyze data, and store and retrieve the results. A full set of ready-made solutions for frequently used image analysis tasks and assays are pre-installed. Ideal for new users, Harmony still provides the flexibility to change and modify experiments utilizing image analysis building blocks.

Data Management System for High Content Screening
Columbus sets the industry standard for high volumes of data management, storage, retrieval, visualization and protection of images and analyzed results. Columbus compliments the Opera and Operetta and is compatible with a wide range of image formats for a complete image management solution.
