ValiScreen GPCR Cell Lines
PerkinElmer has the largest collection of pharmacologically validated recombinant GPCR cell lines for GPCR research. Our ValiScreen cell lines are validated with saturation and competition binding, and approximately 30% of these protocols have been adapted for GTPϒS binding and functional studies.
We have the technology and instrument platform to address all GPCR targets, regardless of the receptor signaling pathway. These include the measurement of intracellular calcium, cAMP, phosphor-ERK and receptor gene expression. In addition we have the world’s most comprehensive collection of radiolabelled ligands for binding studies, a solution for measuring GTPϒS binding and a comprehensive collection of microplates to support all of the above platforms.
