 System Overview
The Series 275 HRes LC System provides new levels of performance and throughput in Liquid Chromatography. The new Brownlee™ HRes LC Columns technology (1.9-µm particle size) offers the
ability to increase mobile phase linear velocity to achieve higher resolution and/or throughput. Together with a new Series 275 Micro Pump (10,000 psi) and a new dedicated Series 275 Autosampler,
the Series 275 HRes LC System delivers more flexibility in defining a wider range of analytical parameters and instrumental conditions than can be achieved with a traditional LC system.
This allows existing conventional HPLC methods to be transferred to fast UHPLC methods which offer increased speed, efficiency and resolution unachievable with a "traditional" analytical system.
The Series 275 HRes LC System makes new technology and performance breakthroughs available in a flexible, affordable and easy-to-use package.
