It’s my pleasure to inform you we have just announced the acquisition, by PerkinElmer LAS, Inc., a subsidiary of PerkinElmer, Inc., of a new line of Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) products from Triton Technology, Ltd.  The United Kingdom based-company specializes in dynamic spectroscopy equipment.  The new PerkinElmer DMA 8000 will replace the Diamond DMA with exciting technology, bringing you even more DMA capabilities.  Among the DMA 8000’s advantages are its higher flexibility and ease of use in a range of testing environments.

 We are making major investments in new Thermal Analysis technologies and are committed to helping your laboratory advance the pace and precision of your research and testing.  Backed by our deep expertise in thermal analysis instrumentation and our outstanding training and customer support, this acquisition ensures that we will continue to support you with the most comprehensive DMA product line and next-generation technology available. 

With the addition of the DMA 8000, SII Nanotechnology Inc.’s relationship with PerkinElmer will shift from a supplier of thermal analysis instruments to a parts and service provider.  Consistent with how we’ve successfully migrated our product family to new technologies in the past, we will continue to provide you with seamless support, service, parts and consumables throughout the lifetime of your Diamond DMA instrument and other thermal analyzers.
